I contacted Steward from F&H to assist with a gift for my older sister's b'day. He was super friendly and knowledgable. I was so pleased with his customer service that I immediately called my younger sister who is contributing the present to tell her how pleased I was! Prices are also competitive. I have no hesitations recommending this business.

I went to this store to buy a TAFE tool kit and uniform for my son. From the start the service was terrible and I was made to feel like I was more of an annoyance to the staff member. I found the prices more expensive then the other shop that TAFE gave my son a flyer for. Ended up buying everything from the other shop in Surry Hills. Much better quality and the staff were much more helpful.

Bought my equipment and uniform for TAFE from here. Great service, they make sure the uniform fits and show you the equipment you get. My classmates bought their equipment set from a different chefs store but they had pieces missing such as filleting knives, parisienne scoop etc. They would need to borrow my tools which costs them valuable time in the kitchen, something you don't want during an exam. The Fraser and Hughes equipment bag has more space compared to my friends bag which is a different brand.

Although a bit further away from TAFE Ultimo, I'm really glad I bought my chefs equipment from here! Thanks guys!
