As a business you guys should know not to sell stale donuts. Not the first time its happened. Always thought i will support a local business but same kept just happening . Let me know when you guys do not sell stale donuts that belong in the rubbish bin.

I ordered the white chocolate mud slide and the carrot cake.. they were really nice flavours and relly soft and moist like it was fresh, not dry like some that have been sitting all week .. i would definitely recommend this place

We have been purchasing cakes from this store for quiet a while, and usually they are of good quality and tasty. However I purchased a tirimisu one on the weekend for a combined Father's Day/ My husbands birthday celebration and I must say it was not pleasant to eat at all. It was hard, flavourless and I would dare say stale. For a $50+ cake, It was very disappointing.

Thank you for opening, I spend alot of time alone and have always felt welcome. Your staff are always ready to have a chat and keep me company. I really appreciate the extra effort the owners go to for the community. Everything is perfect the selection of cakes, food and the coffee is spot on everytime, the staff see me and know exactly what I want.

Frankie & Co Coffee Shop has quickly become my go-to spot. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm, inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The cozy seating and charming decor create the perfect environment for relaxing or catching up on work.

Their coffee selection is fantastic. I tried a caramel macchiato, and it was perfect. The baristas were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to chat with me about my preferences and offered great recommendations.

The cake and dessert selection is amazing, there is something for everyone and every occasion.

If you’re looking for excellent coffee and outstanding service, Frankie & Co. Pemulwuy is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

My experience at this store was extremely negative. The staff don’t even look at customers, showing a complete lack of interest. In particular, a blonde woman who seems to be the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I’ve also been there as a delivery driver, and once again I was treated with disrespect. The staff member was rude to me even though it’s the store’s responsibility to include clear instructions in the app order notes, which she didn’t.

If they want delivery drivers to follow specific directions, those instructions should be properly written in the notes. Acting rudely and unprofessionally doesn’t help at all. I strongly recommend they improve the way they treat both customers and drivers.
