Ended up ordering a few items I thought I’d need for a kit I bought elsewhere, but turns out everything I needed was in the box. Contacted these guys for a refund and they were happy to start the process. Lots of communication throughout, especially through delays out of their control, and honestly great customer service. I’m sure their products would be just as good regardless. Definitely recommend them, and as said their CS team is great.

One of the worst online buying experiences I've had. Will buy elsewhere next time. All items listed as in stock. Get a message a week after ordering saying they are waiting arrival of the item. Delivery also a nightmare through Aramex as Frankies won't let them have authority to leave item. Finally received item about 3 weeks after ordering. Never again.
