Fabulous location !
Welcoming, friendly staff. Extremely comfortable beds, pillows. Spacious & clean rooms with good shower pressure & bathroom products. A motel that has the simple things right & certainly value for money . Thank you ….. we very much look forward to returning & recommending you to our friends. It is stop overs at Motels like yours , that keep us travellers smiling!

Stayed in family room #4. Very large, great for a family of four. Bathroom was very clean, rooms clean. Separate toilet room which is great for when someone is in the shower. Only criticism is that the TV in the main room is in need of a size upgrade.
Cleaning staff extremely friendly as well as the reception staff.
Parking area has cover to protect from weather.
Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

I've been staying here for a business trip - so glad I asked work to change my accommodation from the Quest to here!
Things I love about the apartment:
* Large size kitchen/dining/lounge
* New pillowtop mattress which worked well for my bulging disc. I'd say it's medium firm
* Good water pressure in the bathroom
* High quality daily room servicing - the room was kept immaculately clean by the ladies. They change the sheets a few times per week, the toilet is cleaned daily and any kitchen benchtops, coming home to my washed dishes out away, etc - thank you <3 * A SMART TV with remote which has prime video and Netflix options * Reclining lounge chair * Great quality dishwasher that actually washes and dries properly * Really great conventional microwave oven for cooking * Nice and cold outdoor pool; perfect for warmer weather * All the staff have been lovely * Traffic noise isn't too noticeable despite being on a main road - soundproofing is pretty good. If you are a light sleep then bring good quality ear plugs just in case. Things that could be done to improve the apartment: * Adding blackout curtains that can be drawn open and closed in the bedroom (to go over the blinds) to prevent light coming in from the side of the building at night * The dining chairs were a bit worn * The pillows are very thin - updating to more thick, plush ones would be much better, although I brought one of my own from home so it was fine for me for this stay. Stayed two nights on a visit to Singleton. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the Francis Phillip Motor Inn was. The room was large with plenty of room to spread out. The bed was comfortable and In spite of being on a busy highway, it was very quiet at night. The bathroom was excellent with a very nice shower. And as a bonus, the staff in the front office and housekeeping were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I can recommend this motor inn highly if you are passing through the Upper Hunter region.

Lovely welcome, backed up by scrupulously clean and tidy apartments with all that was required for a comfortable stay.
The manicured grounds were delightful! The Commissionaire wears a red collar and bell and purrs approval for each guest!
Heartily recommend this venue. Management took all care to insure that the guests were completely satisfied. The weary traveller couldn't ask for more and I will happily return.

Clean, nice sized rooms, close to everything & all amenities you need. This was our second stay & will definitely be our "go to" when visiting family in Singleton.

We had booked a Family Room and when on arrival, the Manager noticed that one of our family was having issues with the stairs, we were given an additional ground floor room at no cost.

Couldn't praise the Manager or staff enough and the fact that we were given the additional ground floor room during Christmas season was above & beyond.

Rates were extremely reasonable given the time of year, AND the extra room we were provided. HIGHLY recommend 10/10.
