my complaints go back several yrs now. This one is for the 46 channels missing the plus 2 and a majority of the music channels for a couple of weeks now .these channels are important to me being a shift worker..why is this happening and is it going to be rectified..I won't be paying monthly full account..I thought a change of box would be better yet its gone backwards. NOT HAPPY .

Crap absolute crap.

Cancelled my overpriced subscription then they charged me for an extra month even though you're charged in advance. There are far better subscription services than this Murdoch 1990s rubbish.

After ringing to cancel my foxtel after months of error messages and new boxes delivered to rectify the problem the account recovery team call me and promised to fix my problem with a technician appointment within 10 working days.
22 days later no appointment or communication I have enough of this company.
Tomorrow their box goes in the garbage bin and I cancel all payment methods to this disgraceful company

Useless! Internet has been down for almost 5 days & they said there was an NBN outage, we checked, and there's no outages, lies, lies and more lies. Apart from that, it's the same crap on every channel, nothing changes. We are cancelling everything with them, and if you're reading this, do yourself a favour and never sign up with them, save your money. Foxtel is just a money vacuum , deceitful business that the government should shut down.

After many years with Foxtel, I canceled my subscription due to a lack of new content. While I was required to return the box promptly, my request for them to remove their satellite dish from my roof has been ignored, despite following up with another email.

It’s disappointing that customer service seems to end once you cancel. Foxtel needs to improve how they handle former customers particularly if they ever hope of regaining their business.

Canceled my trial subscription but Foxtel took $60 out of my bank anyway. Erica A. in Live Chat support was blithe about my issue. I've never felt such a strong "Not My Problem" vibe from a customer service agent.

First of all after having my account in credit for 6 months over the Christmas holiday period they suspended some services, when I paid the account I saw a $15.00 fee for non payment so I went online 4 times I asked for the $15.00 to be return and 4 time they refused so today I cancelled the service and I expect a credit but no that is not how Foxtel works, they want to bill me for another month.This company want it all there own way. I also have a corporate account that we use for news channels so I am now going to cancel that one and I will use Fetch TV for the news channels I need. This is all over a $15.00 Late Payment Fee, This company does not listen to its customer and there is no loyalty at all furthermore call centre jobs outsourced overseas, cannot understand most customer service attendants, you can sign up online but not cancel online typical News Corp/Murdoch customer theft. They are not interested in the customer just the income and not committed to satellite delivery as they have sacked 150 Sydney Technicians in relation to installs, they just want to send a box to the delivery address and hook the service up via the internet. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN...
