Nothing was a problem for Emma from Promotional Products Warehouse. I had many questions and she happily walked me through the entire process.
For a community sports club like mine, they ticked all the boxes: variety, quality, expediency, reliability, affordability and great service.
At every step I was able to verify that I was getting exactly what I expected. Having never worked with this company before, that was very reassuring.
Submitting the artwork was much easier than other promotional companies I have worked with.
Can't speak highly enough of how easy this company is to work with. So much so, that I am about to place more orders now that I know I can have such a hands on role in the whole process.
With some promotions companies its a case of: place your order online and cross your fingers. You don't hear anything and don't have a person to contact, so you just pray that it all works out. Promotions Products Warehouse was not like that at all. I had constant contact and all enquiries were handled very quickly. Thanks Emma and all at PPW.

Nicholas and Emran were extremely helpful in the ordering and design process for our company merchandise. We ordered Umbrellas, Water bottles and Beanies with the company logo and design.
