Terrible experience. We had organised the Kuranda tour and the reef experience tour with FNQ. FNQ is just an agency company who books our trips with other tour/transportation operators in Cairns, so they will not be able to assist us in case any issue with the operator. Kuranda tour was fine. But bus drivers who dropped us at the reef was very very rude. We were 7 of us, and the pick up was not available at the mentioned spot and time. When we called FNQ they said they don't know the operator information and they will not be able to help us. With my experience in carins it is better to use cabs for local transportation (if u r not hiring a car) and book the tours directly with the tour operators.

TRAVELER WARNING: FNQ Travel falsely advertised on their website (we have screenshot and email proof). They stated under trip inclusions a "free 10 minute reef scenic helicopter flight", clearly stated alongside other inclusions such as lunch, tea and coffee etc. We were only told it was not included after requesting more details about the flight and they denied it being an inclusion. We have still not received all our money back despite asking for a refund within a day of booking their fraudulent trip and being told we would receive a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

We decided we would like to go to the "tip", After googling, we came across the tour we wanted, and the booking agent was FNQ Travel. My husband likes to talk to "a person," so rang up most of the time. Nothing was any trouble, Nicky and Chris were very helpful and prompt every step of the way, no matter how trivial our enquiry was. If we go to Cairns area again they will be my first port of call. We certainly had a great trip, which far exceeded out expectations. Well done.
