Bella and her team were fantastic for our event and a pleasure to work with. Friendly, efficient and professional, they ensured everyone felt welcome along with being well fed and watered throughout the night.

She and her team wasted no time in getting everything set up before any guests arrived, quickly familiarising themselves with the bar and kitchen. They were so good at ensuring everyone was seen to, including guests with any dietary requirements. And to top it off they did such a good job cleaning the dishes and glasses as they went so we didn’t have to in the morning!!

Will definitely be booking again, 10 out of 10 🙂

Our experience with FMR - Event Services was deeply unsatisfactory, marked by a series of professional failures and poor conduct. The service team was 45 minutes late, which disrupted our event schedule significantly. This delay was not communicated in advance, and the repercussions were felt throughout the event.

Throughout the event, I attempted multiple times to communicate with the manager to offer support and resolve emerging issues. Each time, I was dismissed with assurances that everything was under control, only to be later blamed for the service failures in subsequent emails. Despite a detailed runsheet provided, the team failed to serve food and drinks at the designated times, leading to significant disruptions and guest dissatisfaction.

There was a glaring lack of proactive communication and organization from the team, preventing any effective collaboration to avert service issues. No effort was made to adjust the service plan or timeline dynamically as problems arose, which could have mitigated some of the day's chaos.

Most concerning was the company’s approach to resolving our dispute over these discrepancies. Instead of engaging in constructive dialogue, they resorted to threats of legal action and inappropriate sharing of our dispute with third parties, which felt akin to an attempt to dox us into settling.

Such practices reflect poorly on FMR - Event Services’ professionalism and their ability to handle event catering responsibly. I cannot recommend their services based on our experience, which involved not just logistical and service failures, but also a disregard for basic customer service principles.
