Very irresponsible people. Not trained properly. Very popular in Melbourne now. The story is They ask for passport but never check the expire dates or anything and booked ticket. At least not letting the customer know about expire dates or anything. Terrible. The agent Udesha booked the ticket and screwed that whole family vacation. And also they are not talking about a refund or anything. If i can give 0 starts i would do that. Unbelievable

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we've ever had. Despite countless follow-ups over the past months, the travel agent has consistently tried to avoid responsibility, leaving us to pay out of pocket for tickets and luggage for three passengers.

Even after involving everyone we thought could help, including the one who claimed to be the owner, no action has been taken. It’s shocking and unacceptable to see such reckless, unprofessional, and unethical behaviour. We have essentially paid twice for services that should have been resolved long ago.

This travel agent has demonstrated a complete lack of concern for their customers and has put us in an incredibly miserable situation. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are masters at avoiding accountability, and their service is absolutely the worst. If it were possible, I would give them “zero stars”.(Even before I composed this message, I had already reached out via email seeking assistance or a refund.)
