Flower Travel were terrific to deal with. They ensured great communication, especially throughout the changes due to Covid and essentially did their job twice. Our first trip was cancelled because of the pandemic so Flower Travel cancelled and rescheduled the trip, accommodation and insurance without complaint.

We had booked the Trans Siberia rail tour for departure in May 2020 but had to postpone due to Covid and again in 2021. We finally decided to cancel the tour and Flower Travel were very understanding of our position and immediately refunded the vast majority of our funds (some Russian deposits and Visa costs were not refundable) as we had paid the whole amount. When booking the tour the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us with the finer details of the tour and very responsive to our questions and requests.
