our room (apartment 2) was very handy for the 6 nights we stayed in November. The owner helped us a lot when as we didnt know how long we needed to stay for my son's treatment at flinders. He was very accommodating. The room was clean and tidy, had a small toaster oven and fridge we used, and good towels and linen. Of course the best thing was walking over to the hospital very easily. Hopefully we don't need to come back but if we do, will call again. thanks

Perfect location less then 100m directly to the front main doors of the flinders medical centre! Very neat and clean. Very accommodating for our middle of the night check in. Has everything necessary to stay a few nights! Great service! We came from interstate and it took away a lot of the added stresses!

Having such close accommodation to the hospital was exceptional, less stress for what was already a stressful visit. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you would need. George was amazing and very helpful to make my stay there so much easier. Will definitely stay there again.

Booked for 2 nights only thank goodness!!Stayed in the main house it was filthy, hair and dust on floors, coffee table and kitchen bench tops stains and dirty.Tea towel and kitchen cloths filthy as was microwave and fridge.Bathroom had old toothpaste stains in basins etc.Pillow yellow and blood stained.Contacted owner to explain situation only to be abused stating "what more do u want your just across the road from Flinders Hospital".A cleaner attended and did a very minor clean.Please be aware when booking as payment is up front and was $200 /night for 2 people.Will never stay there again however convenient it may be.

Stayed for 2weeks. Room was clean and tidy. Very handy being opposite FMC. George was always helpful and accommodating, especially when we were not sure how long we were staying. Felt very safe staying here. Will definitely stay again if needed.

Flinders Medical Centre directly across the road made our interstate trip to hospital so much easier. Being able to cook our own meals and do our laundry was also an enormous help. Clean apartment.

I spoke to a gentleman at around 8:30 at night nice man and understanding, the room was $170 for the night expecting it to be nice and clean for the price unfortunately and to my disbelief there is holes in the ceiling, to the air-conditioner not even working, spider webs everywhere to the towls smelling like a strong chemical smell the shelfs doors have a apple sticker on them to the access of the place was unclean and the back yard not clean, will not recommend and no free wifi.

NOT WORTH $170 a night.

Our apartment was good and the gentleman I spoke to was really accommodating for our last minute request which happened to be late at night. the small fridge and facilities were good and the room was clean and had everything we needed. happily stay again if needed thanks
