Very polite and professional service.
Sunny Singh was very helpful and I got December Singapore airline ticket very cheap as compared to current rates. You should enquire first with Flightbookers before booking you tickets. Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY
Started with a good experience of competitive airfare and promptness to send the itinerary after full payment in Feb 2018. But it stopped there.

I booked four tickets for my family to fly out in December for holidays. A few months later in July I tried to book hotels through Singapore airline for our stopover holiday only to be told by the airline that the travel agent has cancelled the flights for two passengers. Its now been two months since I first made contact with them to reinstate the flights for the two passengers but still the issue is not resolved. And the airline says I cannot fly or book hotel through them not until the travel agent reinstates the flights against my booking reference.

I booked tickets early on in the year to get good airfare and plan the holiday in advance to avoid stress. But the last two months have been nothing but stress and follow up trying to get flightbookers to resolve the issue. If you are looking for a stress free holiday and booking process STAY AWAY .

Horrible horrible ezpeexpere, no commitment towards the customer. Getting in touch with them since 3 days just to change the itenary still no follow ups or any communication from the staff. Will not suggest anyone again.
