SO THANKYOU TO STAFF that were involved in organising our fantabulous trip across to Europe and in particular arranging our P&O cruise to the Whitsundays. For the first trip I must say it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The ocean was so flat and so comfortable to travel on. I would definitely recommend booking through flight centre. Just need to keep checking in with them, as they lack the ability to return calls or emails. Cutters big ears.

Superb service. Went through our itinerary with us, and made sure that we had a full understanding of our trip. Underlined all the important information with a neon coloured pen. Placed all our separate pieces of travel apart from each other. Made sure that our frequent flyer details were registered. All in all, an extremely satisfying experience.

Had to be the worst customer service I have ever had from a travel agent. Rude and abusive. We had to help her find the flights I already found the iternery on my phone but they couldn't tried to charge us full price for a child until we corrected them. Entered our names wrong 3 times with us checking the spelling to finally get it correct. We can only hope they have booked it correctly now. Go to pick up the iternery and shop closed for 3 days.

If we could give a 0 rating we would.
Terrible customer service from Keli-jo. Firstly providing a quote that we payed in full whilst the quote was valid, only to be told she needed $600 more to actually buy the tickets. A quote should be a quote. We shouldn’t suffer because she is disorganised.
So we requested a refund… she goes silent on us for 5 days whilst having over $5000 of our money! We actually had to go in store and request help from another team member to get our money back.
Would not ever trust flight centre with our money again.
Customer service via their helpline was poor too.
