I popped into this store yesterday as I needed help amending some bookings. I was greeted by an older gentleman, the woman who was closer to me by the door didn’t want to acknowledge me standing there, even though I was the only person in the store at the time. I appreciate old mates honesty saying they don’t deal with online bookings and to call the customer service team online but not before telling me “that’s what I get for moving last minute”. For reference I have recently moved to Brisbane in the last week from Canberra to escape DA but I was offered a job up in Brisbane so all flights I previously booked needed changing. I didn’t appreciate that comment and could have done without it. Very unhelpful…

This was my first time booking a flight and I wanted help so i could get the best option available for my first holiday. I went to flight center at Yamanto only to be ripped off over $1000 and was re-assured seats were selected for my flight only to find out the day before that seats were not selected and I had to yet again fork out more money so I would be able to sit next to my husband on our first flight together. Although Glenn Whitford assured us we were in good hands due to him having over 15 years experience as a travel agent we where in fact not in good hands, he is an absolute con artist and I will never be going back to him. He assured us we were getting a good package deal only to find out that I could have got a better package for the exact same resort and same nights for $1000 less if I had booked this holiday myself online through flight centre. This package I found also came with a $200 food and beverage credit for the resort and checked in baggage included for the flights (we had to pay over $100 each for both flights to have checked in baggage) so again ripped off even more money. The package Glenn gave us was stay 5 nights pay for 4, so compared to the other package I had found the package Glenn gave us is an absolute joke.
He has absolutely ruined our traveling experience and I recommend to simply do it yourself online and do not go to this man for any help!!!
