We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jessica B. from Flight Centre Wollongong, she was so incredibly helpful and patient and having seen 2 agents before her at other places, I can truly say that Jess really cares a great deal about her customers and does a wonderful job of being a travel guide!
Jess helped us plan very carefully for a well thought out incredible dream honeymoon to the Maldives, she was able to help us think of things we didn’t realise were so crucial to make the entire trip worth it. We got a good deal with the 5 star resort and were quite anxious with the money spent if it was going to be worth it but within 5 minutes of arriving we knew it was worth every penny! Will be coming back for future travel advice. Thank you Jess

We cannot express our gratitude enough to Liz Alvarez, Natalie Nasteski and Gab Wells. Not only did Liz organise our dream holiday but in our hour of need was there for us. Unfortunately 4 days into our holiday I became ill, and spent 5 days in hospital and had to come home. Liz, despite it being her last day in Wollongong, arranged our train travel back to a city and flights home. Liz also arranged paper work for the insurance company. On return Gab was a huge help in supplying more information for the insurance company. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them, and would highly recommend there help for your holiday. On the other hand we DO NOT recommend using the insurance company they recommend COVERMORE. We are still fighting for our refunds of the holiday we didn't use 2 months later. They have put road blocks up, trying to link my o/s illness to my new terminal illness diagnosed when I was back in Australia. They have admitted they stall payments to us over the phone. My GP clinic has stated they are asking for quite detailed information which is not usually requested. In otherwords trying not to pay out our claim. Please don't let this stop you from using Flight Centre Wollongong. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Just be wary using COVERMORE TRAVEL INSURANCE.

I am a first time traveller overseas, and so are both my young sons. I reached out to a few travel agents and got some general information. However, when I came in contact with Gabrielle Wells, I experienced a whole new level of service, the amount of silly questions that I asked had us both laughing at times, Gabby has turned my nerves into pure excitement to travel overseas with my children as she has planned my holiday from the moment I leave my doorstep to the moment I get home all down to the very finest detail. Sharing the names and phone numbers of her personal contacts that she has in the areas of the country we are travelling to is quite amazing. I would've travelled overseas along time ago if I knew this level of service was available. I can't wait to leave. We can't wait to get home so we can have another similar experience with Gabby as she plans our next holiday. We are absolutely forever grateful of your service Gabby! Thank you very very much... I was the hideous customer that called right at the end of the day and Gab was so lovely, personable, knowledgeable and lightning fast at getting a great deal on the best flights for my awkward destination. Thanks for booking disgusting and unsafe accommodation for me overseas guys and spoiling my trip, great job! I trusted you Rachael and one look at the reviews for this NY HOTEL would show anyone it’s one to steer well clear of!! Thank goodness I booked all the other accommodation myself and researched it. April now and I still haven’t received the refund you’ve owed me since Jan, for flight upgrades I paid for and didn’t receive, and additional charges I had to pay at the hotel as you’d booked the wrong room type. Utterly appalling service, so unprofessional.

Loved our experience with Gab at Flight Centre Wollongong! We actually enquired at 2 other travel agencies before going here (who weren’t really any help to us) and I’m so glad that we ended up going here because Gab was so great to work with and beyond helpful, she really got our 5 week Europe trip sorted for us straight away. There was so much to organise and even when our Croatia sail was booked out for the date we wanted (because we weren’t booking that far in advance) she was able to find something close to the date we wanted and was able to shuffle a couple of things for us still making our trip so seamless. Definitely will be going back to Gab again for our next holiday thank you Gab and Flight Centre Wollongong for the wonderful service!

She kept in constant communication with me without being overly pushy and tried her best to secure my chosen cruise.
