We were about to fly to LA and realized our seats weren't arranged. Nicole Whelan from Flight Centre Windsor immediately took action, sent our itinerary, and called Delta to arrange our seats. Initially, we weren't seated together (2 kids + mum & dad), but after explaining our kids' anxiety, Nicole contacted Delta again and got our seats changed so we could sit together. We're very grateful for her empathy and quick resolution. Thank you, Nicole!

Disappointing experience, dropped in and provided staff in-person with all our travel requirements to make to process as easy as possible. Feel like to agent couldn't be less interested. After several follow ups a single option for our destination was provided when several were requested.

Contacted agent both by email and in person again to request further options and never heard back from them, clearly not interested in our business. have since booked our travel directly with another agent in the destination country.

I won't be returning.

I cannot begin to explain what a truly incredible person Izzy is. From the very first time we made enquires, Izzy was so unbelievably helpful. By the time we finished the planning, I think she may have been more excited about our trip then we were!

Izzy provided nothing but the best advice and we really appreciated her honesty about all the details.I have sung Izzy’s praises to all my friends and family and cannot recommend her enough. I believe she is the best travel agent there is!

Unfortunately, our trip did not quite go according to plan and I spent more time in hospital than enjoying the sights of Peru. I had no hesitation in contacting Izzy for help with the travel insurance. She liaised with the insurance company for us and took care of everything so promptly from the other side of the world.

I am so insanely grateful for everything Izzy has done for us, I cannot say enough about how professional and down to earth is. Flight Centre are truly blessed to have her in the team.

Travelling & planning a long haul trip with an infant under 6 months for the first time is not easy. However you dealt with our complex travel needs so efficiently and made us feel so at ease. Great service always - I have booked my last few holidays with Flight Centre and I am constantly surprised with the amazing deals and options Mallory has put together for us. I also recently had a trip cancelled and Mallory went above and beyond to ensure us that our flight credits are held and ready to start planning the next trip. I had previously booked my own trips but I am very grateful for all Flight Centre have helped us with and We are looking forward to future planning and travelling and will continue to use Flight Centre
