Great service from Ana at Flight Centre West Lakes. We have enlisted Ana's services before, and it was a given that we would seek her out again. I have found Ana to be friendly, patient and professional in all of my dealings. For this trip, Ana has been exceptional in helping me book our family holiday, especially coordinating all the flights from the different locations we are travelling from! She has been prompt in answering my many emails, and also organised our face-to-face meetings at times that best suit me. We have already started to look at my next trip, so I will be seeing Ana again in late January 2025. Thanks Ana 🙂

I booked through Bonita a west lakes accommodation in Bali. I specifically asked for clean, classy quiet. I didn’t want to be involved with the party strip which is why I booked through an agent. I got a hotel right on the nightclub strip. There is music playing all day and night I can’t get any rest or sleep due to the noise. When I contacted Bonita for help I got an automated response says she was on holiday and to call an emergency line. I’m sorry this is terrible customer service. I won’t have anything to do with flight centre ever again
