Outstanding Service and Expertise from Mollie at Flight Centre Docklands

We recently returned from an incredible six week trip to Europe, including London and a remarkable tour of Germany, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent service provided by Mollie at Flight Centre. From start to finish, Mollies advice and recommendations were spot on. She not only arranged all our flights and trains seamlessly but also shared invaluable personal experiences of Germany and other destinations, which made our trip truly unique.

One particularly thoughtful suggestion was a café Mollie recommended near one of our hotels. She promised us the pastries were sensational, and they certainly did not disappoint! It was a delightful addition to our experience that we would have missed without her advice.

The Germany Insight tour Mollie suggested was a highlight of our journey. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything went smoothly made the entire process stress free. Mollie’s personal touch and deep understanding of the travel industry are a credit to Flight Centre.

We had booked our trip package online and ended up being organised through originally Jamie and then Mollie.
Communication has been lacking this entire time - specifics about inclusions not communicated properly and then I was told “just wait until closer to the date to get your final documents in a package.”
This ended up with me emailing and chasing only to have partial documents sent through. Once the inclusions were then sent through there were further errors and no reply from the agents to confirm details. Pretty shabby service as now I’m expected to chase tour companies for pick ups while I’m in another country.
In future I’d rather not waste my time booking this way.

Lack of transparency and customer care. Jaime is unprofessional and now that I've taken time to read the reviews, it seems the negative ones are related to her service. Poor experience and will not use their services again.
