Have booked with Flight Centre for many years. Brooke Beer at FC Warwick is an outstanding professional consultant for whom nothing is too much trouble. Brooke's travel knowledge and can--do attitude are first class. Honest and sincere, she has earned our trust over many years and does an exceptional job. Sometimes you can experience a medical emergency or other unforeseen crises while overseas and it is when confronted with such difficult realities that the value of Brooke's professional expertise and help are invaluable.

Kerry Sandys from Warwick Grove SC has been such an enormous help. After a grueling process of trying to navigate refunds/vouchers for Malindo Air from a cancelled 2020 trip, my husband and I were ready to just throw in the towel and say goodbye to our funds. We had spoken to so many people who were entirely unhelpful or were helpful and then would just never contact us again. We started the enquiry process in February, and in August I finally got a hold of Kerry as a last-ditch attempt, and she was so fantastic. She was the first Flight Centre employee that gave me her email, so that I didn't have to sit on hold for ages wanting to get an update. She got straight onto Malindo and had an answer for us in days. She got the refund for us within the 12-week time frame and was an absolute ray of sunshine to deal with.
I was ready to swear of Flight Centre forever, but Kerry has changed my mind. I'll be back to see her for future holiday plans.
