Disappointing- I sent through the flights I would like to secure travel times that suited with our plans. This was to help with our 3+ hour drive times to and from the airport. These requests were ignored.
Asked for accomodation opposite the airport, instead got accomodation further away, with no shuttle options on the weekend and no on-site or close restaurants or pubs for dinner.
Would’ve been better off organising everything ourselves. Slow responses from staff, needed to chase things up and requests ignored.
Definitely won’t get flight centre vouchers again to use.

After choosing to book with Flight Centre Warrnambool rather than booking a tour myself online, due to the fact that l wanted to be certain I would get the holiday l was dreaming of. l was sadly disappointed with the experience l had with them .
I found the tour in one of their brochures, description and pics of the tour all sounded great.The agent l spoke to got back to me after a few days and told me that this tour was no longer available but she had found one similar . The difference was, 1 less day than the one advised but we would see a few different places . I was ok with the changes we discussed. I was then rushed into paying as the agent told me school holidays were popular and I would miss out if l didnt book and pay immediately. So l Did ! l asked for our tickets and she stalled me by saying they wouldnt be sent out till a few weeks before departure , after this point l called again ,l was then informed l couldnt pich up tickets untill l paid for our linnen.
This was just another bombshell , l hadnt been told about, after calling the manager at Flight Centre they said they agreed to foot the extra $200 for our linnen as l was expecting our permanent tents to come ,as advertised, with linnen and furnished . I was eventually able to pick up tickets 2 days before departure and after reading our itinerary l knew ld been railroaded into something l didnt want but it was too late . On tour we found out that the other 12 travelers were on a 5 day tour and had only payed $1250 .My group of 4adults had payed $1150 for 3 days. Also the permanent tent we were assured before payment was now a canvas swag . The food was very minimal.
3 weeks before our departure the same tour was being advertised at $850 to fill tour vacancies. I questioned this at the time and was told our tour was full , but l had left the booking times with the agent , as we were flexible . I then called Intrepid Tours frustrated with Warrnambool Flight Centres treatment, to cancell but it was all too late...?Ive sent messages to the agent during and after the tour but she hasnt responded .So l felt forced to do this review. .. "BYER BEWARE " ? l have never given a bad review before , but l was so dissapointed l needed to make other inexperienced travelers aware...

Ruined Our Holiday,,,Our first time for our big holiday and trusted Warrnambool Flight Center to help us. What a mistake that was we were put in dirty out of date motels with no restaurant or breakfast facilities with people with no cars also reception closing at the motels from 4 pm so when you got there no one was there. They claim the motels comes from their wholesalers, totally ruined our holiday after two days i was crying, this is not how your holiday is meant to go, they never organised transfer from airports to motels. We didn't know what to expect and Flight Centre are supposed to be the experienced ones to help travelers on their journey I would never deal with Flight Centre ever again.

The service I received today far surpassed the rating of " excellent". My brother and sister in-law only ever use Flight Centre now I know why. All I can say is when thinking about your next trip,the crew @ W'bool need to be experienced - their friendly, patient, knowledgeable and respectful attitudes makes the at times frustrating process of booking a holiday (a week-ender or longer) a pleasure to walk in to start the journey. I have always booked my tickets from flight Centre always helpful and makes shore you know everything about were your going and what's needed
