Worst experience ever I will never fly flight centre again.
They messed up just about everything that they could spelt out names wrong and put me and my girlfriend on different flights so we couldn’t fly together. Then they had to rebook the flights the day before without asking us and tried to bill us the difference of $1000.
When you pay $7.5k for plane tickets you expect to have some level of professionalism for the service you’re pay for. Save yourself a lot of stress and avoid this company.

Had an amazing experience booking our holiday with Leila at Wanneroo. She was extremely helpful & polite. It was a pleasure dealing with her, even when we changed plans several times, it never rattled her. Thank you Leila, we'll definitely book with you again

Appalling service. Went in the other day to book a holiday. 2 female staff members were busy, male staff member was not. He did not acknowledge us. Both girls did, even though they were busy.
Received a quote for a holiday, requested an amendment, all good, and then heard nothing, We tried emailing but no reply. We tried calling but the mailbox was full. Called the main store number and was informed our agent was on leave until the end of the month. Okay, these things happen. We had a few queries and were in area and thought we would drop in.
Went to the store and only the male staff member was there serving people. We waited 20 minutes. Not once did he acknowledge us, ask us to take a seat, maybe call another staff member. We walked out - still no acknowledgement - and emailed our agent cancelling our trip.
You would think after COVID, Flight Centre would be happy for sales, but no. Flight Centre we came in to pay for this holiday @ $5k and book another one for $15K. Your loss. Never again.
It would have taken 2 seconds to acknowledge us. If you can't be bothered to do that, how can we trust you paying attention to our booking? Answer. We can't.

I decided Flight Centre was the only option for as I had 8 flights to book for domestic and International travel. So I went to my local Flight Centre at Wanneroo.
The staff member I dealt with along with the manager were fantastic. They agreed with me that it was quite a feat to achieve.
They were so helpful, informative and lovely to deal with. I've used them in the past and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 5 star service.

Flight centre wanerroo ridiculous!!
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Shut for 2 hour lunch breaks during the weekdays.
People are sitting at their desks.
Tried calling 1300 number 4 times I waited 10+ minutes to be put through to a mailbox that is full.
Then to wait for over an hour to get in (because it is Friday and I didn't want to wait until Monday) only to find they don't have a simple brochure on New Zealand, which is all I wanted because I couldn't find exactly what I was after online.
Seriously FLIGHT CENTRE how are you still in business?
