I met Ebony at Flight Centre Tweed City when the task of arranging a family holiday with our adult daughter and her partner fell in my hands. Organising flights for our kids to meet with us to fly to Sydney then to stay overnight before heading on a cruise together and then the return trip. Ebony was professional and so lovely to deal with from the very first meeting. She contacted me when she said she would, she was organised and had all the information we needed. Within a few days everything was organised - flights, transfers, overnight accommodation, the cruise & insurance. As a very busy business owner it was refreshing to deal with someone of Ebony's’ calibre that was on to everything, experienced, confident but also very approachable. I would highly recommend Ebony and Flight Centre at Tweed City for all your travel requirements. I also hope I get the opportunity to deal with her again should I find the time to head out on another adventure.

Would not hesitate to book a holiday with them again! Ash (great name I know) completely understood the assignment and got us exactly what we wanted! We had suddenly been given annual leave with work with 10 days notice to book something! Ash got us a holiday that met all our wants and needs (max relax, beachside, within an 8 hour flight that wasn’t Bali, for $5500 max for 2 people). Ash recommended an island we’d never heard of before but now recommending to everyone! And she was super responsive and flexible and knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Ash!
