Have never met such rude and disrespectful people before! Had great experiences in the past with flight centre but this is the first time at the Toronto store and will be the last. They weren’t interested in serving us at all and when they eventually asked us what we were after they rudely answered their phones as we started to respond to deliberately ignore us.

This year was my first ever flight overseas and to my surprise everything just flowed. Massive thanks to Ebony Lawrence for all of her assistance. I just gave her the details and everything was organised. Fantastic communication, advice on Visas, insurance, car hire, international driver's licence etc provided for a first time international flyer and the service was impeccable.

Generally I find them great but the last two times I have asked for a quote and they said yes will email you . Well I am still waiting . And they do have my correct email address on file.

Just want to say what a great friendly service these girls offer....was always such a welcoming atmosphere everytime I went into the office.
Ann Maree found me a Hawaiian deal nearly too good to be true and she went above and beyind to help this novice traveller out. Just got back from a 9 day trip and had a blast .... thanks girls...we will definately be back when planning our next adventure.
