Didn't even book my accommodation. Sat in surfers paradise for 3 hours waiting for another motel to be booked! Ended up getting sick with anxiety was physically sick and had chest / back pain for the next 2 days. Missed our booked tour the following day from all the stress! Won't be going through flight centre! Ruined my first holiday in years! Had to pay out extra money as we weren't able to use any of the added extras with our original deal because the agent never booked it! I'm so unhappy with my experience! But who cares! They don't. Wish I didn't care either!
