They are horrible at communicating, I’ve been waiting to hear back from my travel agent for 2 weeks about receiving a refund and they still haven’t responded. I will never be using flight centre again because I’d much rather do it myself. They only care about acquiring more clients so they earn more money rather than dealing with other problems since they’ve already been paid.

I like to commend Ruby at Sunbury Flight Centre for her great customer service. She went above and beyond to assist with our travel arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble. She followed up on price matching with an airfare which was showing on their website with what we were quoted. She also followed up with the cruise company with a query I had. Which turned out to be a great outcome. She was able to organise our travel insurance which took the pressure off us sorting out which took the stress out of us trying to organise it.
Ruby was an absolute gem.
Thank you for helping organise our trip overseas for 2024.
I would not hesitate in referring anyone to Flight Centre in Sunbury.

My experience with Flight Centre started of fantastic and finished with great disappointment, unfortunately will not be using this office again , from not being informed that a flight I booked for myself and my sister was none refundable at all even when only booked two weeks prior and that trip was as still 2 month away , nothing noted in any of my documents, emails not being returned or acted upon, so had to make a trip into the office, one staff telling me the person I was trying to contact was not working on that day when that person contradicts and said yes they where in , accepting cash payments but when funds had to be returned it was going to take about 40 days and funds would go into an account as apparently they don’t deal in cash and mentioned money laundering? To compare that all our bookings that we did online in France and Austria including all our airline bookings with Qatar where handled with professional curtsy and respect within minutes and without any hidden fees .

Had a extremely bad experience with this flight Centre.
Ended up stuck at the checking desk at the airport for 2 hours while they attempted to work out why my party of 5 had 6 boarding passes. They had booked my youngest daughter 2 boarding passes.

Never explained we needed international COVID19 vaccination certificates. She only asked if we were vaccinated so had to rush and organise it all on the spot. Only just made it onto the flight.

Happy to name and shame Kristen. She said it wasn't her fault at all and we did not listen to her.

We had to pay $275 extra for luggage as she said we did not book luggage for our 3rd adult.
She was more than happy to wash her hands clean of it and blame it on us.

Will never use flight Centre again after this experience and I recommend people use another booking company.

Fantastic customer Service.
Nicole was wonderful with my 11 year old son being his first plain flight and holiday. She was even good enough to have a photo done with him holding his ticket.
Thank you Nicole for being such a lovely person but also having exceptional customer service skills.

I had the most amazing experience with Gayle. There were some challengers associated with the flight I had booked, but nothing was too hard for Gayle. I felt as though everything was taken care of. She did what she said she was going to do and everything went without a hitch. I could not have felt more confident Thank you Gayle and the team you have made my Christmas complete !!!

I waited and waited for my quote to be emailed. I called the office multiple times with no reply from the staff member I spoke too.
By the time she got back to me I had gone ahead and booked the holiday myself.
Extremely poor service!
If this office is too busy for more clients then just say so and don't waste people's time.
