The assistance of this branch is first rate. We have used a couple of consultants there, more recently Ollie for our last couple of trips.

He has been unbelievably helpful and responsive over the last week putting together some flights for myself and my daughter to get to Japan. Had to be to a specific airport as well. Was all managed via email as I was in meetings all day and he simply made it all work with no fuss, no stress and at the best price possible for a 1 stop trip.

Highly recommend the team and Ollie in particular!

I went to Spain and Portugal on a Trafalgar tour in October

I dealt with Trina, who was recommended by my neighbours.
As I was going on my own, I was a bit nervous but soon put at ease by Trina.
She was so clear with all her advice.
She also organised a lovely apartment for me in Paris after the tour..
Best advice was ,check your departure gates as soon as you check in.
A friendly ,professional team member is Trina.

The staff here have been super friendly and helpful. In particular Trina who has been helping us plan for our trip. It's our first time overseas and we were a bit lost in finding accomodation and she sat down with us and found the perfect spots that were both in our budget and what we were looking for. She also helped us find great deals on flights and really worked within our budget. Her advice has been incredibly helpful and she is always wanting to help which is sooo much appreciated. Trina really takes her time to care for you and we can't thank her enough for all her help and advice in planning our trip!

Sincere thanks to Trina, she made the planning of my recent Europe trip so straightforward and I was instantly feeling organised, reassured and able to ask any question I had about a long flight plan, as well as my trip itself! She’s clearly an experienced traveller as well as travel agent and was always focused on helping me have the best holiday. She also helped me choose the best and most comfortable and suitable airline. We had some nice chats and most importantly she helped me day after day, multiple times per week at the end of the work day, as if it was before lunch. She then also helped me change my return flight date while I was overseas, making that effort so easy and being very patient while I made my decision, then even considered reversing it! 6/5 Trina if I could, you could not have helped me any better overall, I’ll always be thankful and hope to see you again next year to book my next Euro trip.
