I left plans for a trip until the week before, then was struggling to find accommodation and hire car, having only a week's notice. When I called, Roy immediately took on the challenge and was SO friendly and helpful!! He found a needle in a haystack hotel close to where I'll be attending a wedding! He put SO much work into my last minute desperate call for help and has been so communicative and sent through multiple options and got the price down to what I was expecting, all the while being confident and friendly! I got lucky that he answered my call, because he's gone above and beyond to help me sort this trip out!

I also mentioned a later trip that I was needing flights for over Christmas, and he found 2 great options with my specifications! I'll DEFINITELY be using Roy for any future travels because he took a huge load of stress off me and managed to find options that were a LOT better than I expected!! Thank you for your help Roy!!!

I have booked with Flight Centre/ Roy Heys a number of times now. He has always been very approachable, highly professional and efficient.
I have experienced bookings and cancellations (by our choice)with Roy and throughout he has had clear communication and responds in a timely manner. He has also been very patient with us.
