Just returned from our trip to Japan booked by Samantha Cooper. She was amazing in her knowledge, prompt replies to questions and a pleasure to deal with. She booked us on an ANA flight to and from Japan which we have just returned home from this Sunday. Airline was great and biggest surprise was the money she saved us by choosing them rather than our usual first choice of Qantas. The Dreamliner was so modern, leg room far exceeded that of Qantas and the staff were just lovely. Samantha was a pleasure and easy to deal with and went looking for all the answers when it came to our covid travel questions. She made our trip trouble and worry free. Horrible service. We booked an international holiday through Flight Center Richmond. Once we faced some flight changes our travel agent put a lot of things in the too hard basket e.g visas, reimbursements. Horrible communication and left things to the last minute. Still have not heard back on some issues. Very disappointed and will not be going back.
