We came to the flight centre Queanbeyan cause we wanted to book some kind of resort/ island holidays just to have a week of relaxation. We had nothing particular in mind and hoped for some recommendations also under the aspect of current travel restrictions.
The agent we met had his first day and not much experience, which is totally fine and nothing to be blamed for. We all had our first day at some point. The other agent who trained him though, was not really helpful either. After some awkward smalltalk with no outcome, we left them our details and asked them to send us some recommendations. They said the new team member will have a look at it for us and send us things through within a couple of days. As we did not receive anything after 4 days, we went back to double check. We got told that the new agent got sick but the person who trained him would take care of it and get back to us within a couple of days. Nothing happened again for a few days. After more than a week the new agent was back from sick leave and sent us two options. The first mail had no attachments. After he sorted that, we received the quotes but they were for different dates then we asked for. After mentioning that and asking for a new quote for our dates, we never heard back from anyone.
Totally disappointing! Our request was not really difficult either and should have been easy to solve.
If you want actually good service, do yourself a favor and go across the road to Queanbeyan City Travel & Cruise! They were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond. We are going on holidays next week thanks to them 🙂

Shamia nailed it! Every thing I wanted for my trip was delivered... flights, times, seats, transfers, connections, insurance, and travel advice. Extremely easy to do business with. Friendly, polite, professional and timely service. In store or phone service is available with email confirmation, itinerary, tickets and receipts. Excellent.

Email quotes were promised, nothing received a couple times. Questions asked regarding pricing & inclusions, they were answered with personal answers instead of the information we asked. My genuine concerns about travelling were met with judgmental faces and short answers instead of fact checking. Ended up wasting our time, no prices were given, no options were given and walked away with nothing. But, I was warned flight centre was the wrong place to go so it’s my own fault.
