My privacy was breached.

My private travel information was sent to a known person who I had travelled with many years previously on a separate trip.

Flight Centre did not treat this matter as seriously as I would have hoped.

There was a lot of effort on my behalf trying to get some answers to how this could happen.

After they assured me no more correspondence would go to the wrong person, the companies through which they booked, such as the airline, sent important flight updates to this known person , too

They did not do a thorough job of making sure this known person's email address was taken off my account, which I never put on in the first place.

This has turned me off using the Flight Centre again in the future as they have given me no reason to regain any trust in their processes that this kind of error won't happen again.

I am disappointed that this happened and in the poor way in which it was handled.

We have booked many trips with Kym from Flight Centre Plenty Valley and have had wonderful experiences each and every time - none more so than when Kym helped us to get home urgently from an island off Sicily when a family member passed suddenly and unexpectedly.
I Highly recommend Kym for her professionalism, customer service and knowledge. Many friends and family have also used Kym to book their holidays and also had great experiences.
Kym’s experience and expertise is very evident throughout all conversations and her communication and documentation is always detailed to ensure we understand exactly what we’re booking.
Thanks Kym for all your help - we’ll definitely be back for our next trip!

Be aware that flight centre use a travel technology company located overseas called hotelbeds to book your activities overseas. We pre booked and paid in full for our overseas activities all to be told when we arrived at our destination on day one that your reservations have been cancelled due to supplier operational issue. We learnt the hard way to book everything ourselves in the future with the place you want to visit directly to avoid this disappointment, alternatively speak with your travel agent and mention you don’t want them to go through 3rd parties such as hotel beds. There is no guarantee your booking is secure which will interrupt your holiday plans and leave you disappointed.

Have had the pleasure of dealing with Tayla at FC Plenty Valley on numerous occasions and have always found her to be professional. Tayla's help in organising a recent overseas trip was invaluable. From flights, accommodation, tours, trains, transfers, etc. Her expertise shone through.
Had no problems at all with any of the bookings and can't thank Tayla enough

If you want to be mislead and out of pocket financially, this place is for you!

Dealt with Kym Nulty on booking a cruise, all verbal discussions/agreements were not translated to the invoice(oversight by us), which we then were left with $800 of additional costs due to Kym not relaying the correct information.

We followed Kym's suggestions and recommendations, which in result made the promotion void and costing us dearly, this was not relayed to us at the time and now the invoice is due her colleague Olivia is stating we pay the Invoice or lose our deposit/cruise.

Conveniently Kym is unavailable to discuss and try to resolve the issue, no after sales customer service!

- Visited them on 17/08/24 @ around 9.30am.
- There were 2 staff members, 1 customer waiting and us. (empty seats infront of both agents).
- I dragged a seat to sit down in front of the agent wearing the red flight center uniform that day, and was asked if i wanted to do a new booking and if so, I HAVE to wait for 10 minutes AND to sit 'there' pointing in the direction of other chairs, as she HAD to send an email. Remember ZERO customers sitting with them and TWO staff members and ONE other person waiting.
- I decided not to waste my time as the first impression (even before we booked) is like this, imagine something doesn't go to plan and having to deal with them!.
- Not sure these staff members enjoy their work, as a customer facing role/ customer acquisition role is acting like this on initial communication with a customer. (when clearly they're NOT busy).
- Anyway there's other places to book our prefered holiday and hope these agents TREAT prospective customers helpfully and kindly and not looking at us as if we're a nuisance!!!

Would give a negative if there was an opportunity.

Terrible service by the woman with red glasses on. Went in to organise a family holiday to Bali, as it is a destination we haven't been to yet and she was so rude, looked at me as though I couldn't afford it.

If thats the way Flight Centre train their team, then it is no wonder people just go ahead and book their own holidays.

Would never use Flight Centre Plenty Valley to handle any of my future holidays based on that person's attitude.

Very bad customer service from one of the employees. I was just trying to clarify/ understand something about a quote and the young lady, with an arrogant attitude and a very rude approach was obviously not up to the task.I was sitting waiting for my turn to be received and this young employee approached me coming probably from the staff room or anyway not coming from any desk where the other colleagues were serving people. She asked what I wanted and while I was trying to explain my concern ,in a very abrupt manner she said that this was what it was, basically. When I said I was definitely lodging a complaint she said to go ahead. She did not make me feel welcome as customer and it was obvious she hated being there.There are plenty of other travel agents around or even online and you get for sure a better customer service.
