I’d like to thank Brett Haynes for his amazing no fuss customer service to our whole family. Kelly is amazing, she didn't just help me book my flights and tour to Turkey. She's also amazing to talk to and has been really reassuring in helping me with the details of my trip such as booking travel insurance and finding a good e-sim brand. They super dodgy ,I booked a ticket (Malaysia to Phuket) with bkk airline nd paid $401 on the same time my gf book with Malaysian airline (Malaysia to Phuket ) $89 ,when we got to the airport they put me to the Malaysia airline (same service ,same seat) that’s disgusting SACAMMMMMM ,they said the bkk airline provide by Malaysian airline,which they hide it from their website ,I attached picture here , please be careful,lost $310, that’s not even all a worst part was
From Phuket to Sydney I booked with Qantas paid $1,140 and my gf paid $498 with Jetstar
When I get to airport they put me to the Jetstar Airplane,lost another $651 dollars ,God know they did to how many people ,WARRNING they cheating people by hiding the information ? PLEASE be careful before you going to book with flight centre ,THEY 100% SCAMMERon the midtime I called bkk airline and Qantas and talk to them about that ,they said we didn’t received that much amount,so they need to respond for this issue ,they never respond ,PLEASE if you going to book your flight ,book direct by airline you going to use ,DO NOT TRUST FLIGHT CENTRE…

Want to give a shout out to Kelly at Flight Centre Parramatta for her fabulous service arranging our safari to Tanzania. It being our first time in Africa and feeling a little anxious about all the unknowns, she was really knowledgeable having been on several safaris herself and so easy to deal with. She liaised with our tour company (Bench Africa who were also great) and kept us well informed especially as we had to reschedule due to covid.

Thanks again Kelly, we're coming to you for our New York trip ?

Staff showed no interest to talk, I asked about the flight to Chicago, the staff said it is expensive, nothing in cheap. He shared the price which was $2000-$3000 more than online price, he talked to me less than one minute. Very disappointing.
