I just had a little enquiry. Needed information re national travel; mostly activities, cruises, restaurants etc but I was told to look it up on line myself ? When I said “but you’re in the biz I’m not” …they replied “online…it’s easy!” Righto… not going back for my international travel either!!!?

They helped me book my trip with ease, were super informative and are just the loveliest people to deal with. Thank you especially to Abbey who was the main contact for my booking. Last week we booked through the centre a trip to Gold coast, Queensland. No information given about flight seat bookings so we have to book our seats on the actual day. The airline helped us to get the seats, thank God. Our two tours has been cancelled during our holiday. Also, we didn't get a reminder or a courtesy call to collect our documents from our agent so we have to ring them to ask what time is best to collect the documents. We have no intention to come back again to your centre. Extremely disappointed. We paid for a service to inform us instead we have to follow up on everything. Charlotte, our agent told me to “book online if we are not happy with the service” but I think if you try a little bit harder to make your customers happy and at least make a little effort to do things for them, more people will come back to your centre. We all want to have a good time and less pressure on holidays. That's the reason we go to a travel agent. If we want to do it by ourselves we wouldn't have come to you. Now we are waiting for our refund. They informed us it will take up to 3-6 weeks.

Nathan May at Norwood's Flight Centre was absolutely fantastic and patient in finding us some fairly complicated flights around Europe! He was wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend him to anyone using Flight Centre, where we prefer to book all our travels.

Knowledgeable, helpful service with a smile in a very, very challenging travel environment. Here's how difficult: Abbey @ FCN put together an amazing package for us for a 3.5-month, round-the-world trip that took in four international conferences on three continents plus three friend/family holidays on two more. We are both in our 70s, international check-in is so much harder than it ever was pre-pandemic, and just past mid-way, I collapsed with exhaustion. I called Abbey about cancelling a very complicated series of one-way flights from Israel to Sapporo, Japan, and then to India. She put me on to FC emergency assistance, and the flights were cancelled. We got back every penny except the amount for cancellation fees we approximated on the back of an envelope in that emergency call. A miracle, really. The second half of the refund was delayed, but that isn't FCN's fault. It's the times we live in. We'll definitely be back! (Now, about Sicily next year...)

We came here on the off chance last year as the office reopened after covid.
We met the most amazing Travel agent Fiona who has been an absolute marvel, Fiona has now organized 5 cruises including airfares all over the world, including hotels and side trips for us, Fiona has made travelling for us a breeze
Fiona is so efficient, warm and personable we couldn’t recommend her and the flight centre staff in Norwood highly enough
