Amanda at the Rockhampton Flight Centre is fantastic. She has helped us with several overseas trips, Not quick tours but individually created holidays of 4 and 6 weeks. She goes above and beyond as they say! Highly recommend her and Chloe at the same office has assisted us with some Australian holidays also very good. They really care about you having a great and successful holiday

They were good until they got your business. Immediately after they were unresponsive, and didn’t give a bother about you. We ended up having to do everything like amend bookings ourselves . They made us take up more expensive options for example like the hotel transfers . They were not good with their customer service too. It was all smiles when you met and thereafter it was like you were being a bother.

Wow!!! You’re so insecure you had to delete my review!! So here it is again with an honest review.

I was planning for a flight to Greece or Turkey.
The guy (large and young) who served me was not enthusiastic at all.
He googled the location and checked some flights and route. You can easily do this at home…
What I wanted to know is the exact prices of all the available options and possible offers coming in the future.

It was like talking to a broken AI that can only spit out “yes” or “no” answers. He was not supporting at all and didn’t offer me any options until I started to ask and demanded for more info.
I had to squeeze the information out of him.

If you don’t want to help, or don’t want to come to work, then just don’t.
It was just a waste of my time, because all the guy gave me was a card to “email as if you needed any help”.
(Cherry on top: they never responded to my email)

Also it’s funny how these people can’t even understand or don’t even care about the negative reviews, their response to the “we had to go into the store in person” was “please visit the store”. That was the whole point of the issue. You’re so understaffed, and unresponsive.

Not very helpful at all. Trying to book with a gift voucher but need help. Tried calling for two days, unable to get through. The one person that answered said they were too busy catching up on emails they can’t help. Said someone would call back. Still waiting. Tried again 24 hours later, and again they can’t help. I need to go in store. If it wasn’t for the gift card I’d have gone somewhere else. Not sure how I’m going to get this booking done if no one can help ?
