She is very professional in her manor, appearance and advice.
Debbie always takes the time to find out what our holiday destination wants and requirements are, and makes suitable recommendations on what will meet our needs and give us the best experience for our dollar spent.
Debbie has always been very helpful before, during and after purchasing a holiday and she makes sure everything is explained, understood and in place for us prior to our departure.
Debbie has always gone over and above our expectations of what a Travel Agent should do for their clients. I do not hesitate in recommending Debbie, and, Flight Centre to all out family and friends. We will definitely be seeing Debbie, for all our future travel requirements.

On two separate occasions, my wife and I were subjected to some condensing and rude behaviour from staff at this location. We found both travel agents to be extremely pushy, and noted a change in attitude when we mentioned we were not ready to book and were simply after some quotes. After mentioning that I would shop around, the agent said, “you’ve missed the boat with this one, hunny, do you think you’re going to get a better price elsewhere or something?”.
Funnily enough, I did shop around, and was able to find the exact same flights at almost $2,000 cheaper, despite this particular agent saying this was not possible.

Advice to others, shop around first and be prepared for this location to attempt to rip you off!

A bit disappointed with Flight Centre. Went in hoping to get planning for a trip but that didn't happen. On a Saturday, I spent about 20 minutes with somebody as apparently they had an appointment with someone else. I’ve done a pretty thorough search of the website and nowhere does it say you need an appointment and I wasn’t offered one; but, fair enough if the store is busy I guess. Gave her some details and she told me she would put together a quote over the weekend and I’d hear back Monday or Tuesday. Anyway, Thursday came and she emailed a couple of flights (we need about 4-5 in total, but, Ok) and heard nothing since. The woman was friendly which lulled me into a false sense of security and so I waited for her response but unfortunately it hasn’t come. I did mention I was in a time crunch and this has unfortunately put us another week behind in our planning. I’ve always used Flight Centre in the past but won’t any more. I’ve just downloaded a couple of free apps and planned the trip myself.
