Gone there at the start of the year to plan and book my flight to europe and even almost a year ahead, Nish Dalal provided me with options and planning, finding the best flight both in terms of quality and price. Being only a few weeks away, everything is still in order, and having poked my head into the centre, I was assured of the status of my flight and had all my questions quickly answered.

Thank you so much Nish for your help!
I had 2 different gift cards that wasn't able to use online in the same transaction, I tried 2 different Customer Support contact numbers and still no luck, and I'm in Karratha so we don't have a Flight Centre office... I thought my next best option would be to call the Perth office, and Nish sorted my flights to South America in no time over the phone, super easy process, called me back a couple times to confirm all details and documents, and was able to use my gift cards! Thank you! 🙂

I had a wonderful experience with Flight Centre Murray Street Mall. I wasn't confident to book my overseas itinerary including connecting flights etc. Victoria Mason helped me book all flights, car transfers and many of my hotels. I just got back from the trip and everything went perfect! I highly recommend Flight Centre and especially Victoria - her patience and dedication towards me having an amazing, safe and seamless trip was a huge influence in my trip's success.

travelled by train on Sunday to perth city flight centre to organise a Vietnam 13 day tour, the young male working there was not interested in assisting us in any way. they were not busy as only 1 other customer in the store, it felt like we had to drag him out of his seat to atleast get us a brochure which he wanted us to go away and read. we asked if they had somewhere for us to sit and read which he seemed to be displeased with and also rendering no assistance as if it was a hassle that we had even shown up. we had queries about a tour which also displeased him, finally I had had enough and let him know that common courtesy is free but he was being paid to be ignorant, unhelpful and completely rude .
we were under the assumption that flight centre was a travel agency and there to help people with organising travel so who would of guessed that this guy just wanted us out of there and to stop bothering him during business hours.
I would recommend any where else but flight centre perth, absolutely disgusted and complete waste of our time.

Booked some flights to Melbourne. Only went in because there was an issue with their website. Took 40-50 min to process the booking for something that would’ve taken 10-15 min on the website. Not much cheerfulness or thank you for the purchase. Maybe I caught a rep having a bad morning. Nonetheless it felt like I was an inconvenience or annoyance to them being there.
I’m bemused by the high ratings given by others here. Maybe my expectations of customer service are too high or randomly had a rep having a bad morning that day.
