I have worked with Emma Bartalo for a little while now. She has booked a couple of trips for me, and has quoted on some as well. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is always friendly and prompt with her replies. Usually a 30 minute turnaround. I have worked with Flight Centre for years, but I would have to say Emma is the best I have dealt with. Knowledgeable and competent. Recently we were stuck in Bali during the Ash Cloud. Our flights were cancelled and we had to get back to Melbourne for an important Doctors' appointment. Emma rebooked us on a different airline and has handled the refund from Virgin. Again, she was prompt with her emails, even at 5am. If you need to see a Travel Agent (I always book overseas flights with a Travel Agent), then look up Emma.
