My hubby and I really found that Tristan was probably the best travel agent we could have ever come across with his knowledge of Japan. His help in setting us up with, not only the flights, hotel, and tours but the notes on everyday phrases which were also written in English, Japanese but also how to say them.

I cannot recommend Jody at Mt Barker any higher. I walked in without an appointment. From first hello Jody was welcoming and professional. Her knowledge of where we were going was incredible. Jody is an asset to the company and should be well recognised for her over and above attitude to deliver a tailor made solution to our inquiry.

Returned recently from a tour booked through your office. The agent we used Jodi Steele was something to be desired though. Her lack of communication, delays in confirming and extremely rude manner put us off ever using this company again.

Trying to finalize our Europe holiday with them, which we have paid out $20K + for, and it has been a very bad experience. Be very careful when dealing with them as it will be entirely up to you to follow up.

Staff here were very helpful!

After I had a bad experience at Flight Centre Rundle Mall, I called Alyx Hardman to aid me with booking some flights. She was extremelly professional, accomodating and knowledgable!

We got the flights booked in no time at all, for a fantastic price. She was also more than happy to help with flight changes (after the booking), booking insurance (and price matching the insurance), and other various questions for myself and other family members.
