We had the lovely Zee as our travel agent for a 6-week Europe trip earlier this year. Zee was very patient as our itinerary was quite extensive and detailed and there were a few changes we had to make during the planning process. She was very approachable and friendly and had good communication which eased the stress of having to plan such a big trip. I met the most Amazing Polite lady at my local Flight Centre. In Miami Western Australia. Santiga was beyond helpfully. I have terrible anxiety and had a load of questions. Santiga Reasured me every step of the way.
