Fake information.
I ask many times to get my tourist refund shame and I receive the incorrect information in the desk. And in Qantas airline.

The lady from the Tourist Refund Shame was VERY RUDE with me.

If you are coming for holidays to Australia, and you wanna ask for tourist refunds, bring into the plane with you in your carry on all the this you bought.. because if you put in your checked bag, they DONT WANT GIVE YOUR TAX BACK.

The lady at the tourist refunds said “you should check in website”, she just didn’t care about make her work.

Fake information in the airport. Very sad.

I would like to give my review on Annie Shah. I have done a lot of bookings with Flight Centre and would like to compliment Annie Shah who assists me and is a fantastic person. She always finds the best flights/prices and tours for us to travel around the world. She does a great job and is very helpful, answering all my questions any time. I have even called her from overseas and was always ready to assist. Me being a volunteer at Melbourne Airport, I see her helping and doing her best with passengers who are stressing. Flight Centre Melbourne Airport has a big asset with Annie Shah. Cheers

Beware of this office! They give incorrect and poor advice, and take no responsibility for the outcome, making it their clients problem to solve.

They without apology left me in an extremely stressful situation one week prior to travelling to the US.

I booked a car in LAX through flight centre, with the requirement that it came with snow chains and was suitable for use in the Sequoia Forest in winter snow. Snow chains are a legal requirement to travel in the forest. The office reassured me multiple times that the car they had booked was suitable for the forest and that the snow chains would be provided.

I booked and paid for accommodation in Sequoia forest based on their incorrect advise.

One week out from travel they have now left me with no car and no way to proceed with my trip.
The EV they booked cannot be charged near or in the forest, and apparently no car hire firms at all in LA provide snow chains.

They have been unapologetic and blaming (apparently the mistake is all mine because I accepted an initial quote based on their incorrect advise and believed them, i.e. that chains would be provided, and the EV was suitable for the forest)

They will only refund the hire, they will not do a single thing to resolve the issue they created, nor apologise for their mistake.

I am left with no way to proceed with this trip.
