Terrible experience with flight centre today. The server was short and sharp with me and when I exchanged my money to a different currency cash, I requested an envelope and she charged me an extra 50c after I just paid money to exchange the cash! How ridiculous! What has society come to that they charge you an extra 50c for an envelope to carry your cash in?!!! Not sure what has happened to humanity but there was none today. Very disappointed.

The Mandurah store website states it closes at 5:30pm. As I finished work at 4:45pm, arrived to flight centre at 5 pm to get some US $$ exchanged. The ladies told me to head to the exchange counter where the lady at exchange told me she was closed. I then explained the other flight centre ladies sent me to this counter for money exchange, to which I was told "we are not linked and that she could not get me any money exchanged as they had closed". The website states 5:30pm closure. If they are not connected to each other, STATE THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE, SO CUSTOMERS ARE NOT WASTING THERE TIME AND EFFORT. Also, why be linked under the same place of business and have 2 different closure times, unheard of and so silly. The lady wasn't very sympathetic and couldn't care less about the situation.

My flight was cancelled and I was emailed from flight centre saying I will get a full refund - 23 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. Called up and said I can expect to wait another 18 weeks. Load of bullshit waiting for my $750.
