I spoke with Dantae this morning .. less than an hour later, several quotes were in my in-box; all my queries following reading the email were replied to quickly, which helped my decision making, and by 3pm the same day, I was so happy with the information I'd recieved, that I asked for the invoice and was ready to purchase tickets!
Dantae was very helpful and personable; I didn't feel rushed, or as so often happens at the point of sale like this; I didn't feel like a nuisance, by asking all the questions on my mind. He pointed out where I may need more time for customs processing, and which connections would be easiest for me .. he's a gem in this Industry!

Jong has been looking after us.He helped us arrange a wonderful holiday, which unfortunately we had to cancel due to an unexpected death in the family.He was able to cancel everything, help us with the insurance claim, and is now in the process of helping us book for next year again.
