Taryn Skinner was the best & highly recommend her service to my family, friends & others. She made our holiday to USA & Hawaii a memorable one. Every places we wanted to see in USA & Hawaii she made sure we got to go and see, if we couldn’t she would suggest other ideas, we felt like she cared & didn’t want us to miss out especially when we told her it’s our first time to these 2 countries. The accommodations she selected for us to stay in, we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel, absolutely beautiful.

We had an amazing experience booking our Europe trip with Dana Genlot.

Annabelle organised a cruise for us and stuffed a few things up. Everything we asked for she said the ship had and it didn't. The day we flew out we had to chase them for tickets and vouchers. We also specifically asked for a room in the middle of the ship and was told yep all good we have reserved the room (which I paid for in full on the day). Get to the ship and we are all the way at the front. Very poor service from Annabelle. Says one thing and delivers something else.

To choose our honeymoon destination is sometimes difficult as there are so many different locations to choose from. When we decided to pick Thailand - we knew we had to go to Flight Centre. We booked in an appointment with Claudia Sanchez and from then we have no stress what so ever. She has been a delight to help us make our honeymoon super special!
I even recommended for my own family and friends to come to her with any flights they want to book to.

I would like to thank Flight Centre Mac Square for everything they have done for me right from the original booking. Taryn and in the end Tara sorted things easily when Qantas TWICE cancelled my flights. They secured a seat on another airline and liaised with my daughter for payment so I could get back to Sydney for work commitments, I just cannot express my thanks enough for them going over and above for me. The next booking for me will be hard as I won't fly Qantas/Virgin again but I know they'll sort it Lol. Again Thanks Heaps Taryn and Team

My husband and I experienced the best holiday in Fiji where we stayed at the Sheraton hotel. A big shout out to Dana Genlot our travel agent who assisted us in making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We had complimentary free buffet breakfast every single morning and 2 free buffet dinners during our 6 days 5 nights.
The rest of the time we enjoyed the Tetavu restaurant located inside the Sheraton hotel where they had a canapé dinner and wine tasting night called the 4 hands dinner hosted by some of the best chefs around the world.
The Sheraton hotel and resort was super clean and the rooms were very nice. Our view was the ocean view room. We woke up to the waves of the beach crashing into the shore every day which was so calming for the mind. We had a complimentary room voucher worth up to $500 which we used on a beautiful indulgence massage at the Westin- which was booked through the reception at the Sheraton. A porter on a buggy took us there and back on time.
We took the Vila bus into port denarau twice to see their port marina and small shopping town where we purchased some souvenirs for back home. All the staff at the Sheraton were absolutely lovely and inviting. They made us feel at home and got upset when we left. We will definitely be back soon!!! Thank you Dana for helping us book our travel to Fiji. Can’t wait to be back for you to help us again in future ☺️?
