I wish I could give zero star! Poor customer service. Since they get your money they don’t even care about you. Made appointments after appointments to get my documents but it was never ready. One of female staff working in flight centre lismore(Grace) did not even have any social skills and was so rude. Paid for the insurance for the hire so I don’t have to pay for the access fee but when I got to Townsville found out I still have to pay 5 k if an accident happens. Also paid for the hire car in full but here they charges us 500 $ for security!
Will never go to them again. Please be aware don’t deal with this company, they don’t feel any responsibility towards their job.

It’s nice when things just click! We had an amazing experience dealing with Arron Perrett for our trip to Bali. Luckily he had our insurance up to date and secured as we needed it over there. Nothing was a hassle from start to finish. We will use them again and can’t recommend Aaron and Flight Centre Lismore enough.

I recently had the pleasure of booking my holiday to Hawaii and The United States through Aaron at Flight Centre Lismore. Aaron went out of his way to accommodate our needs and made the whole process very easy. He was friendly, professional and was able to answer all questions that we had (not to mention he got us some great deals as well!). Nothing was too much trouble. I’ll definitely be contacting Aaron and the team at FC Lismore for my next holiday!

My son bought me a $100 flight centre gift card (cost him $104.95). We wanted to book a tour in Sydney (on Flight Centre website) & was told $19pp fee to book anything!!! So a $100 gift card is actually only $66.95

We booked our honeymoon with Flight Center Lismore it was a really easy process. Our agent was Aaron Perret he was easy to work with and listened closely to what we wanted to get out of the trip he made sure that what he prestented to us was what we had asked for. We don't live close to town so were unable to come into the shop and Aaron was happy to communicate everything through email or phone which made everything much easier. He made sure to answer any questions we had in a timely manner right up untill the day we got back from our trip. We can't thank flight center enough for their awesome agents and booking us an excellent stress-free holiday.

Flight centre Lismore Square have booked all of my travel including 3 overseas holidays and a cruise around the French Polynesia. They offer such friendly service making you feel welcome and comfortable and that nothing is to much of a challenge for them. They take away the stress that can come with finding accommodation and travel. I highly recommend.

What a great reception Dani Braganca has given to us. For the very first time we felt comfortable in make a deal with a travel agency and I believe the customer service provided was the key point there.

Disgusting service! Myself and 5 other friends recently booked a hotel and flights with Stacey Perrett. The total was almost $3000 per room when arrived at our hotel in Hawaii Stacey had booked the wrong rooms and lied to us saying she booked the correct ones. She then instead of trying to sort this out or make it up to us has ignored our emails for about 3 weeks now. Have escalated this to their customer relations team though im skeptical with the entire company now. Dont waste your time or hard earned money with this joke of a business...
