I sincerely recommend her for all your travel needs

I had Tara look after my family's flight to South America and the first 3 scheduled appointments to see her, she was a no show! The red flags were strong. Then she booked a hotel in Buenos Aires and gave us the wrong name to a hotel that doesn't exist. Therefore lost.
The return flight was booked within too close to layover flight and missed then had Brad the manger take over. Now after being home for months and asking for some kind of compensation for numerous taxis and hotel bookings it's more lies with taking over 4 weeks to respond after promising contact tomorrow!
It's an honest complete disaster with the running of this place! The poor owners.

I went to Flight Centre Lakehaven early June 2024 to book return flights to Canada for May / July 2025. I was told airlines only book 11 months ahead so come back in August so we could book the return dates in July 2025.
Went to book the flights in August as instructed and was told they could have been booked in July thus saving me $1500 as Air Canada had sales on until the end of that month.
Apologies were made for their error and I was told the staff member involved had not been trained properly and has been fired since I spoke with him.
The manager and staff member that handled my booking were great but the fact remains that incorrect information supplied to me by Flight Centre in June has cost me $1500 and they refuse to take any responsibility or offer any form of compensation.
I had been given a gift voucher so had to use Flight Centre otherwise would have gone elsewhere.
