Excellent service. Less than 45 minutes from phone call to complete booking with tickets in hand. Hope Whiting was absolutely brilliant and did an amazing job. She helped me before and I will be very happy to go back to her again.

Poor service, had to follow up a lot to get things done. This included a flight change that was time critical.
When I provided this feedback just got fobbed off. Don't bother using this branch or just book things yourself. Captains package what a joke pay good $ for appalling service.

Big shout out to and a huge thank you to our man - Benjamin Vance from the flight centre up in Qld somewhere … you’re a ripppa mate. It took you no time at all to book our trip and ensure we are looked after go to whoa. You took all care and due diligence and for this I feel our bases are covered, and our trip is planned for the best and worst case scenarios.
We will definitely use flight centre again.

Have stuffed up my parents visas, where they were given visas that already expired before they even left the country. Absolutely no remorse, trying to shift blame. My parents had to spend hundreds of dollars to get an expedited visa just before flying out and even that has not been reimbursed. Avoid this office, unless you are looking forward to lots of frustration and loss of money.

Amazing service from Jaimee Paterkis who organised, at short notice, our awesome holiday to the Maldives last week. Nothing was too much trouble and communication and planning cannot be faulted. Thankyou Jaimee, looking forward to you putting together our Greek isle cruise.😁

I would never reccomed Flight Centre Karingal, particularly Jemma. For my 30th birthday gift, my partner booked made a VERY simple booking through Jemma - a direct flight, accom in one location and transfers to Hawaii in December for a trip in April. When receiving documentation, there were errors all through the paperwork. My partner's insurance had an old address and his name is 'Christian'.. she had printed our tickets and documentation as 'Christopher'! Two weeks prior to our trip he had to follow up with her about when we'd receive the updated documentation, where she said that "it's all come through today and would be ready for collection next week"- likely story. The day of our trip arrived and we go to check in. Jemma ammended the names on the flight but failed to mention that it would mean that we had a seperate booking number and therefore our seats together would not be guaranteed. I was ROPABLE as we had seats at opposite ends of the plane and went to the airline desk. They were very helpful and explained that due to not having a fully booked flight, they could arrange to have our seats moved so we could sit together. HOWEVER! This was NOT the case on the way home and I was stuck on an 11 hour flight between two total strangers and on either ends of the plane. I don't understand how she'd be able to manage a complex booking when she can't get the basics right. SO disappointed and would never go through this Flight Centre or travel agaent again!!

I had one of the worst experiences at Flight Centre, Karingal.

All I have to say is if you see two black/coloured women walking in at the same time, it does NOT mean they are together or that they even know each other.

The lady before me was greeted then served and I was completely ignored by another “consultant”. This “consultant” saw me but did no say anything and went back to working on her computer. Thinking all the consultants were busy, I sat in one of the waiting chairs. 10mins went by and another lady walks in and goes straight to the “available” consultant with the empty chair. She is immediately served.

At this stage I am extremely annoyed and I confront “Senior Consultant” Billie Kogler as to why I was not served. She apologises and says she thought I was with the other woman (before me). It just so happens that other woman was BLACK so in her mind because we are both BLACK we are together.

PLEASE improve you services Flight Centre or at least train your staff better so they do not presume ALL “coloured” people know each other. This is especially disappointing from a “Senior Consultant”. What a joke.

I am extremely frustrated because here I was trying to be patient and understanding. Then to later be indirectly told, because I entered with another black woman it is so obvious we are together. HOW STUPID!! At least show me some courtesy of asking if I need a hand or even a greeting while I sat there, because I got nothing and was completely ignored for 10mins.
