I cannot praise Karl highly enough for helping my mother arrange her Vietnam and India VISA applications for her upcoming trip. This trip was booked through this particular Flight Centre, thus Karl was able to help us as they actually don't have to. Read the small print people!
He was prompt in replying to my emails and very thorough in working through the arduous process. My mother has gone from very stressed to looking forward to her trip now!

All smiles till you have a problem and have to cancel a holiday as I found out at great expense , hidden away in fine print all deposits are not re-fundable even though in bold print a cancelation fee of $998 was advertised . End result is I am out of pocket almost $4000. All complaints fall on deaf ears.

Not even one star - would be NEGATIVE 5 STAR if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE ABUSIVE MANAGER. Booked cruise with Maddy, was told she would contact us with parking quote, cruise check-in etc. Heard nothing from her. Had previously booked 2 cruises and had always been in contact with agent. Made complaint to Flight Centre who contacted the manager of Ipswich Flight - Andy Walker to address our concerns. Showed up for meeting he made to address our complaint, get paperwork, do check-in etc. Was totally ignored by him - he gave paperwork to another staff member to give us and that was it. Kept waiting to see him and was told another 5 minutes. When he was finally ready to see us he said in a rude, gruff voice COME HERE, like he was talking to a dog. We took offence and called him up on his rudeness. Would not recommend anyone making a booking with him and will let everyone we know to stay clear of this centre. Hello World will be getting a lot more customers from now on.

Quite hard to get through to a travel agent, such a busy time you can expect that to happen. Once on the line planned the flights and was able to communicate quite easily with cert 2 in travel my understanding with bookings and electronic invoices made it easier to understand why I couldn't get my ticket on the day. But rest assured I'll be booking that ticket next week holiday,come at me.
