Excellent service from Sarah, outstanding! I did a round-the-world trip, with a wedding in Seattle in July & Aug and I had 3 cancelled flights along the way, as you do when you’re travelling, but three cancelled flights was a lot. This affected the wedding, my accommodation & transfers where I wasn’t using public transport, like Mexico City etc
It was a nightmare with issues connected to this and finding last minute accommodation too Sarah was onto to it and helping me right away with as much as she could.
The trip itself was awesome, and a once in a lifetime experience I had some other issues travelling and Sarah was also helpful there too.

The hobart office I’ve always found the staff, very good and across board very helpful, bright and insightful. I cannot say the same for some other areas of flight centre though, plus I would definitely not recommend the travel insurance that flight centre offers, (I’ve since heard of others much better service & cost elsewhere) but I’d absolutely highly recommend Sarah & Hobart Flight Centre. I’m travelling again in 2025 and reviews are so helpful along the way. You can weed out the sincere ones. Thank you Sarah & Hobart Flight Centre, well done! ?

Terrible.
Walk in get huffed at from a worker when we asked for prices. Sit down go through a few options for business class to England for a family of 4. Then get told she has to reply to another customer before the end of the day can i contact you on monday (the day we was at the centre was friday) with all the quotes took all our details almost 4 weeks later still no contact.

Felt like we didn't matter and she didn't want to help us at all with anything we wanted, we also asked for travel insurance for our current trip.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Been huffed at as soon as we sit down is unprofessional, cutting off our chat half way through with a reason of basically I need to get back to someone else today is also unprofessional, been ignored for 4 weeks can be explained with a phone call or an email with an apology we can accept but we have had nothing

If she’s able to cut our chat short to get back to a customer I’m sure she able to at least get back to our enquires the following week even a quick email saying she’s still working on it and will get back to us when she’s able to.

I do believe some training is needed to help.

My wife and I have just returned from a short holiday in Fiji, which went very well.

I always tend to be one of those "I'll book it myself" people.
But I booked my dream flights to Japan and realized I was in over my head.
I went into the flight center store after a so so email contact to see if I could get some help and a better picture of what I wanted to accomplish on my travel.
I was fortunate enough to have absolutely everything sorted out and Traveled across the beautiful country of Japan doing everything I wanted and even something's I didn't realize I wanted to.
All in all it was an amazing experience and I have already made more plans to jet off again soon and will be making sure to contact flight center...special shout out to the legendary guy who sorted it all. Jordan U.

The staff were really nice to talk to and communicated well. Ross who was the staff member I was talking with was very strait forward and easy going. He brought a lot of brilliant ideas for my travel I am wishing to do later next year in November
