Amazing trip to the beautiful Cook Islands organised effortlessly by Chantelle. Nothing was a problem for Chantelle who booked us in to a gorgeous ocean view room at Club Raro. It’s such a pleasure speaking to your travel agent who has such passion for travel and ensuring the best experience and most importantly, stress free. What can I say! We had 3 months away...drove the Trans Canada Highway across Canada and back,zig zaggijg in and out of the USA along the way, then cruised to Alaska, drove up to and past the Arctic Circle, and saw the Northern Lights so much that they we got sonused to them being there!. We then flew back to Canada via the USA to wind down before stopping in the Philippinnes on the way home...what a trip! Chantelle went above and beyond for us! Our business class trip perfect and Chantelle arranged what we asked of her so our trip went like clockwork! We have travelled the world and have never ever had a travel agent like Chantelle! We are so grateful and cant speak highly enough of her ! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♡

My partner and I have never travelled overseas and we didn’t know the first thing about where to start. After looking online for a while we decided maybe we should go to a travel agent just in case we can get a better deal there. I am SO GLAD we did! Lisa was not only so nice and excited for us throughout the process but she found a way to make our travels half the price we were expecting when we were looking around online!! Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Flight Centre Helensvale! I recently booked two Trafalgar tours, two Insight Vacations and a Luxury Gold tour through my agent at this store, the process was seamless.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and helped me choose the perfect itineraries tailored to my interests. I came in with no idea what I wanted, however with very specific requests of which they were so accommodating to. They were patient, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service throughout.

I feel confident in the value I received, the itineraries I was recommended and appreciated the extensive attention to detail they provided. I'm looking forward to my upcoming trips and will definitely continue to use Flight Centre Helensvale for all my travel needs moving forward.

I have booked a cruise on carnival cruises and would like to thank Matt, who made the process simple , he was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.
