Tailah helped plan my trip to NZ. She did a great job with this planning. In the main we had a great time. Driving from Auckland to Queenstown was a big ask. Maybe i wouldn’t plan such a drive again. Unfortunately the ferry trip was postponed and this led to a problem picking up the rental car in Picton. I spoke to the company by phone and didn’t get a good response so i called Tailah and she organised the pickup the following morning. Thanks to Tailah for fixing that issue. We may plan another trip or two and will be happy to talk to Tailah about those when the time comes.

Melissa arranged out recent flight to Japan and a lovely relaxing 29 day Princess Cruise from Yokohama to Adelaide. She did a fantastic job (and I’m not easy to please ?) so Mel and Flight Centre - big thanks. The cruise was so relaxing and lots of great entertainment and even lectures on hot topics. Blanca at Hallett Cove Flight Centre was very patient , thorough and listened to our wishes when arranging oversees flights for us and took the time to find the best deals. I appreciated her and other staff for the follow up for reserving seats and providing further information after the initial consultation. Mel was great at organising our honeymoon in the Maldives without even a face to face meeting. All efficiently organised including our travel insurance, resort and flights via email and phone and we had an amazing time, everything was perfect.
