The service I received from the Flight Centre at Gymea was abysmal. The person I dealt with seemed disinterested, unhelpful & incompetent; and spoilt our holiday by her failure to check any details or follow through with the booking plans. I booked two important & expensive excursions for our trip, back in early March, three months prior to our flight; and for some unknown reason she cancelled them both without our knowledge the same month. These were paid for and my friend & I only found this out the night before we left Sydney. My partner spent all the next day trying to reschedule with the help of Kim & Amanda Kelly. Even at our destination they still didn't have us listed! The only successful part of our trip was the accommodation which I had booked myself online.
I would be reticent to use the services of this company again.
